MY OPINION: I loved this film, since the start. I think Jennifer Aniston should keep doing things like this or Good girl instead of doing crap like The bounty hunter. I think the style of it is simple and easy to get to like the characters.

THE BEST: Steve Zahn, I love his character. Impulsive and faithful.

THE WORST: Woody Harrelson, I cannot stand him.

UNEXPECTED: A bit unexpected half way through.

MY OPINION: Really bad film, Sandra Bullock's character is annoying at times and I cannot believe this is called romantic comedy as I didnt see any romance or any comedy in it.

THE BEST: I guess I need to say The message that Sandra Bullock's character gives at the end, about living your life and if you love someone let him go.

THE WORST: Practicly nearly the whole film.

UNEXPECTED: The first time she sees him...she looks like a different person.

The man without a face

MY OPINION: Mel Gibson's best, as director and actor I think. I loved the plot and the acting. Great performance!!

MY OPINION: Not very good... I lost interest half way through. I think Heath and some of the cast are quite good but the roles are not strong enough for their level.

MY OPINION: Excellent film, very realistic and down to Earth... even Ikea is in it. I was sad at the end, at the beginning, but then it made me think... life is like that, you meet people that you think will be forever with, but for different circumstances like changes or they change and your happiness will be with someone else.

THE BEST: The soundtrack, the cast and dialogue.

THE WORST: Nothing

MY OPINION: I di not like it, in fact, I got bored half way through. I could not finish it. Did not like the story or the bad guy... cannot believe Disney played with voodoo in a film for children!!!

MY OPINION: Different from what I thought it was. It was not the kind of stupid rom-com film with famous just to show off. I liked it and it was a good cast. I actually connected with the film and its characters, and it made me cry a couple of times.

Love happens

MY OPINION: Very emotional from the start, from his side. You feel what the character feels, it hurts. Then, he tries to live again when he meets her, and it happens. But we never forget, and indeed sometimes we need to stop thinking to be happy again. Good film

MY OPINION: I thought I was going to see a bad and cheap spanish film where people were going to get naked without any sense....but I ended up watching a beautiful and very emotional story about a lost woman that in the end found the way know how to live her life. A lot of nude bodies that help the story to be realistic and personal. The main actress Belen Fabra was expectacular the whole film, she made me care very intensively about her character. Another good spanish film...
I am amazed :O

MY OPINION: Amazing spanish film, full of reality and intrigue. Very intense all the way through and in times you agree with both sides.... and it is one of those films where even with only one background the film do more than engage epople into its plot. From beginning to end, the cast was absolutely great. The best spanish film I have seen since Abre los ojos.

Twilight. New Moon

MY OPINION: I could not follow the story after a while. Random things started to happen with some wolves-strip guys. I guess I am with the vampires, as they look more normal than the half-naked guys. Without any sense at all they start to take their shirts off, and the main guy that cuts his hair is really bad actor in my opinion. I guess I will keep watching the saga just to know what is going on. But definately I do not understand why it has become so popular.

THE BEST: The first half hour, because it shows well how much it hurts when someone is heartbroken.

THE WORST: The guys-wolves that take their shirts off when is no need

Leap year

MY OPINION: Really predictable and cheese film. It was not completely bad, but it did not made me feel anything either. Maybe the lack of personality from the characters or the nonsense of the plot itself. The only thing I would safe when the fire alarm goes off is the only thing that made sense in the whole film.

THE BEST: The background, great views of Ireland

THE WORST: The idea to propose to a guy without deep emotions of passion.

UNEXPECTED: Nothing at all. Everything was predictable.

Remember Me

MY OPINION: One of the best dramas I have seen for a while. Maybe because I didn't know anything about it, the film made me feel what the characters were feeling and I could understand their sadness. It was great to see Robert Pattinson not as a vampire and in a good film for a change.

THE WORST: Sadly the consecuences of someome affect a lot of people.

MY OPINION: Funny and crazy film that takes u back to the 80's. Of course it is not credible for many reasons but it is one of those funny do not think too much and have fun kind of film.

MY OPINION: Really entertaining and nice to watch. I liked the plot and characters. It is not one of those nasty comedies were the characters suffer to make the audience laugh. I enjoyed it.

MY OPINION: It was really good, action, Mel Gibson and some jumps!! The plot I guess it could have been a bit more interesting than it is but it was good enough to get my attention. Martin Campbell did a good job.

MY OPINION: Did not like it as I have expected. They put the same song every time they rob any bank, and I didn't get how the woman can be so in love with someone so dangerous and risk her own life. I understand Johnny Depp is worth it, but it makes me doubt it. Maybe it was a direccion's fault or script.

THE BEST: Not sure yet

UNEXPECTED: The woman who betrayed Johnny's character, I thought she would say anything at the cinema

MY OPINION: I really liked the film, it is based on a real person and what he said it happened, Christian Bale is great as always and the film makes you being optimistic and always keep surviving under any circumstance.

MY OPINION: I have never wanted to watch it, it was one of those films that you know you will not like even before you see it, but after hearing loads about it and because of being so famous I have decided to give it a try....and here it is, what I think of it: Completely disgusting and unpleasant to watch, I could not finish it, I really cannot believe it made any money at all, or even people liked it.In my opinion it is not a comedy, it is just crap.

MY OPINION: Funny all the way through. The original trailers at the beginning are hilarious and the cast is remarkable.

THE WORST: If I have to say anything I would go for the character that Jack Black plays, I don not really like it...sorry :( but I do like Jack.

MY OPINION: Impossible to change the past but they didn't explained at all the whole thing. You can see and know what will happen but you do not try to know how to control it, because you know it can be done.... I am sorry but I do not get it.

THE WORST: To watch Eric Bana on and on about travelling but not investigate why and how it happens? You know the date!!!Try to avoid things!!! It's like Flashforward, You know the facts and dates...Just do not be there on that day :P

Hot Fuzz

MY OPINION: As a british film I would have to say that it is one of the good ones. It's funny and has a lot of action. Maybe too much sometimes. The duo work well together and the other cast is ok as well. A bit predictable but I guess is part of the fun.

THE BEST: Eating a cornetto in one bite and driiive, that was funny, and the Point Break scene.

THE WORST: The flashes between shots, they make me dizzy.

UNEXPECTED: After the explosion some people are still alive???

Alice in wonderland

MY OPINION: I love movies where the characters use their imagination, but in this film, something is missing, it could be the lack of expression from Alice or that if it is after the original story. it is not well explained. I lost interest after 30 minutes.

MY OPINION: A bunch of people trapped on an island to fight for their lives, and all is filmed to show on an internet show!!!! Sadly some people would watch it if it was real. I think it was kind of entertaining because I knew people weren't hurt. Mostly it is for guys in need of a wresting session with some muscular guys and acting like Die Hard stuff...

THE BEST: Uhmmmm.... maybe the island. It was beautiful location :P

THE WORST: Too much violence

The Road

MY OPINION: I shouldn't be writting this, really. I was forced to finish it. My opinion is very negative about the story. The film is very well made, but from my perspective, the story is very sad and depressing. I did not like the way it made me feel while I was watching it.

THE BEST: Viggo Mortensen

UNEXPECTED: The sadness and the pessimism of some characters.

Daybreakers

MY OPINION: The film is between blue and yellow, I enjoyed the film from beginning to end. Vampires, humans and optimism if you can see it. Great cast and well directed aswell. It is so good that you may want to try a bite after it :P

THE BEST: I have to say Ethan's human eyes and the end.

THE WORST: I think it was too much blood, it didn't needed it to be good.

THE UNEXPECTED: The "cure".

Prince of Persia

MY OPINION: It was really entertaining, action, adventure, love and a bit of comedy. The film has similar bits to the game, at least the one I remember. Without a doubt I would recomend the film to people I know and can appreciate it the way I did.

THE BEST: Jake Gyllenhaal and Alfred Molina.

THE WORST: The soundtrack and some bits were too similar to Pirates of the Caribbean.

UNEXPECTED: Jake's great english accent, and the ending. I would have expected it open for a sequel.

American Gangster

MY OPINION: It was very long but I really liked it. Ridley Scott is an excellent director, and the cast is exceptional. I can't believe how money and power can destroy so many lives. It was good to know that Denzel's character had a concience after all, even though he seemed like he didn't.

THE BEST: It was well explained, I managed to understand it!!!

THE WORST:Denzel looked too similar to the Training Day's character performance.

UNEXPECTED: Crowe pointing the gun at some kids :P

Nonsense in translation

One of the most annoying things when you love films is when in another country with a different language they translate an English or American film title into the most ridiculous one. A good example: Spain. Their translation for film titles is awful.. I do not understand why. Is it so dificult to translate 2 or 3 words into some with more sense?? Aparently they cannot do that or their brains will explode...so this way they are keeping spanish people who dont know ignorant to the true titles.

-"Tooth fairy", a film where aparently a guy use to break tooths...so spanish translated the film as "Rompedientes" meaning toothcracker ... ok probably is a crappy film and I bet it will be a less popular film in the cinema, but both titles are completely different and mean something completely opposite ...

-"Time travelers wife", another film I haven't seen yet, but gets my attention when I was looking through the spanish listings. They have translated it as "Mas alla del tiempo" meaning beyond time. Where is the wife in that title??

-
